Mobile Notarizations

Travel Fee:

$45 for the first 10 miles and $1 for every additional mile plus maximum notary fees regulated by Texas.

Cancellation Fee: $10 if appointment is cancelled within 1 hour of appointment.

Witnesses:

If witnesses are required for any services rendered, witnesses must be provided by the signer and must not be a beneficiary of the transaction. Witnesses must be over 18 and preferably no relation to the signer. If the signer is unable to provide a witness, one can be provided by the Notary Public for a $25 fee.

FEES INCLUDE TRAVEL, PRINTING, AND SCANNING

ALL prices include scanning documents and emailing to lenders as loan documents are TIME SENSITIVE. Documents are dropped off to UPS/FEDEX prior to the last pickup for next day arrival. Please understand that mortgage documents and general notary work are NOT priced the same. Loan documents can range from a 1 page trailing document to over 300+ pages. Fees are one set price and not charged per signature.

Cancellations:

Print Fee: $25 if notary prints documents but appointment is cancelled (within 2 hours of appointment)

Travel Fee: $25 if notary travels to appointment but appointment is cancelled

Print & Travel Fee: $50 If notary prints & travels to the appointment & signer does not sign documents
